After many calls and a few visits to the store I have no impact driver, no replacement and no refund. They seem to think that their policies are above the law.

The Re-Loads are expensive but in my opinion worth every cent if you regularly use them. Should be able to get them from an electrical wholesaler or online

I wonder if they packaged up some one else's order into the parcel by mistake. Maybe some one else got your items in their parcel.

It took them 1 whole week to acknowledge my order, they didn't even ship it out until I called them. I ordered locally expecting it during the week. Shipped 1 week later.

Out of the selection of tools, probably a quarter of them don't have any plastic wrapping which all of the others came with and those tools do have varying levels of dust etc on them (Possibly shop display items?).

It's a little hard to get modern KTC or Asahi spanners as from what I can tell Amazon Japan won't ship to Australia, but if they would, the prices are fairly reasonable, about the same or a little less than Stahlwille, Gedore etc (and you'd pay the same for a Kincrome set from a store or major seller!!). They are both really nice spanners too.

Overall, a pleasant transaction. I suppose it's just a matter of being about your wits and not parting with your money until you feel certain that everything is as it should be.

I told them to refund the entire amount within 24 hours or I will initiate a chargeback with my bank. They told me the refund process would take one week. I told them I'll initiate the chargeback with the bank today then and did just that.

The only thing I can guess from these аркада казино anomalies is that they're grey importing and that means that Makita, as well as their authorised repairers, are under no obligation to provide me with warranty service.

Xtorque driver bits are among best i have used. I loose them before i snap or wear them out. They fit the screwheads very well and are magnetic. Rarely do they cam out of the screw
